Malaysia, by virtue have all the the natural resources to gear up its economy and despite all of that, we remain poor.The Govenment have been having a free hand for 50 years down the road to develope the country into one of the most vibrant developed coumtries in this region, but, has drastically failed to meet the desired objective and thanks but no thanks to BN, lead by UMNO, who steered the country into one of the most corrupt couuntries in this region if not in the world, ranked 47 recently, is to blame.This fenomina of corrupt practices actually started during Mahathir's time who was obssessed with power and leaving his promises to be desired and dreamt of., thus,MIMPI SENJA.We were overjoyed when he took over the riegn from Tun Hussein whom we thought was weak .Mahathir who promised us to eradicate corruption which was on the rise then,not only failed to keep his promise but nurtured corruption until beyond control..Over the years corruption has become a way of life.Corrupt practices become flesh and blood.Our Ringgit weaken in value because of that and coupled with bad govenance and management.The rich become richer and the poor become poorer.I was mislead with his book MALAY DELIMA.Instead ,under his administration many promising Malay businessmen who were not in his camp and whom he felt were a threat to him ,went out of busineess and bankcrupted.He was full malice.The DEB failed dramatically and the Malays are the ones who suffer the most except for the privillaged .Abdullah Badawi is no better than Mahathir.Ahmad Badawi also promised Malaysians the same thing, when he took office, to rid of corruption and we believed in him and trusted him and gave him the mandate he wanted with a sliding victory and again we were disappointed.Yet UMNO is still standing there proud of its existence.What kind of people are we dealing with here?Who are these people?Who are the people benifiting from DEB? It is not the ordinary Malays on the street but the UMNOPUTRAS,who else!They take what they want and keep what they take without any regards for others.Malay reserved lands were acquired at a cheap only to be given away for development and sold at an exeubitant price later on .With LAND RESERVATION the Malays are Red Indians in Malaysia.With UMNO in power Malays will be driven far away into the jungle if we still have the jungle that is.We Malays are still sleeping and enjoying good dreams.Wake up man!UMNO is practising Fuedalism in the country.They are the masters and all the rest of us are servants.That is why everything is privatised.Even IJN was not spared until faced with very strong objections from all quarters."KETUANAN MELAYU."Read it in between the lines carefully the meaning of "Ketuanan Melayu" maybe you will understand better.Do you understand now?I am not sure,but, I am leaving it to you readers to ponder.
